Meeting 2: Strategic Connection (Marketing)
Goal: To build a bridge between your expertise and your target audience.
Speaking Her Language: How to write copy that resonates without using fear-based marketing.
The Connection Channels: Choosing the right platforms (Instagram vs. LinkedIn vs. Local Partnerships) based on where your audience lives.
Content Pillars: Creating a simple 30-day plan that educates, inspires, and invites.
The “Lead Magnet”: Creating a small piece of value (a checklist or video) to build your email list.
Meeting 3: Value & Valuation (Pricing)
Goal: To stop trading time for money and start charging for transformation.
The Psychology of Pricing: Why “low cost” can sometimes signal “low value” in the safety industry.
Packages vs. Drop-ins: Designing tiered offerings (Workshops, 1-on-1s, or 6-week Series).
The B2B Pivot: How to price for corporate clients vs. community groups.

Meeting 4: The Business Engine (Operations)
Goal: To automate the “boring stuff” so you can stay in your creative flow.

Liability & Legals: Ensuring your waivers, insurance, and contracts are studio-ready.
The Workflow: Creating a repeatable checklist for “Before, During, and After” a workshop.
Sustainable Growth: Planning your 6-month calendar to avoid burnout.
About the Instructor
